NABO has its base in Hackney, London, United Kingdom. But it's born and bred in Denmark.


Is it possible to try before I buy? 


We understand that it's nice to have the option to see things in real life before you make a decision. That's why we welcome you to pop by our showroom to see the items in our collection.

How do I place an order?


Placing an order with NABO is simple. Once you've found the item you like to simple add it to your cart by clicking the "add to cart" button. You will automatically be redirected to the shopping basket, where you can checkout through a simple checkout process, or you can click the "continue shopping" button if you want to add more things to your cart.

How can I pay for my order?


You can pay for your order using debit or credit cards or you can pay for your order with PayPal.

Payment for the whole price of your order must be received before it can be accepted. Once payment has been received by NABO we will send a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.


What happens after I place an order? 


Short after placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address supplied. NABO will start packing your order and send it off as quickly as possible.


When will my order be shipped? 


When you place your order before 3pm it will be dispatched the next working day and usually delivered within 2 working days from dispatched date.

Vintage furniture will be shipped within 10 days.

NABO does not currently ship outside the UK. Please contact us at hello@naboshop.com for information about worldwide shipping - We'd be happy to find a solution.


What is the shipping cost?


The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order. It will show in your cart before check out. At check out you'll also be offered the option to pick up your order at NABO, which is free. Please note this only apply for some products in the collection.


Can I return my order if I changed my mind?


Yes, of course you can. We all change our mind from time to time.

If you would like to return an item we are happy to refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt as long as your item is unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note NABO can not refund products that have been damaged or altered in any way. NABO reserves the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above. 


Can I return sale & clearance items? 


No, only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale & clearance items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.


What do I need to do if I want to return my order? 


You need to contact NABO at orders@naboshop.com. You'll hear back as soon as possible with information about where to return the goods to along with the next steps.

Please package up the good you are returning safely, together with your name, order details and the reason for the return. We advise that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to NABO. NABO does not cover the shipping cost on returns.

Will I get my money back?


If you require a refund, NABO will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus actual postage cost. NABO sometimes subsidise the postage and will therefore loose money on returns if the actual cost (or some of it) is covered by us. 

If you require refund for vintage furniture NABO will credit the purchaser's card for the sum paid minus the actual postage cost the purchaser paid when placing the order with NABO.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the date we receive your returned item(s).  

It's advised that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to NABO shop. NABO shop does not cover the shipping cost on returns.


Are artworks sold with a frame? 

No, all artworks are sold unframed.


Where can I find a frame? 


NABO art prints and art photographs fit standard frames. You can either buy one online or find a professional picture framer.


What frames do you use on your photos? 


NABO uses standard frames on all product photos. We really like the simplicity of Moebe CPH frames.


Do you have a retail location? 


At this time, no. But watch this space!
